60-Night Trial
Every Derila Ergo order comes with a 60-night trial. If you're not fully satisfied within 60 nights of delivery, you're eligible for a return and refund under the terms below.
Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 60 nights (calendar days) of the delivery date.
- The product should be clean and in a condition suitable for return (please machine wash the removable cover if needed before sending it back).
- One trial per household/order.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the funds.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning it — we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style instead of a refund, let us know when you contact support and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange.
